The O’Daille - Proposed Design Project for Design Economics
The O’Daille project was a proposed mixed-use condo for my design economics class, with a focus less concerned with design sensibilities and more with marketing, cost, revenue and sustainability, economically, socially and ecologically.
In this project, I worked with two other architecture students to create all needed documentation and calculations, along with a design, that would be needed to propose a buildings to clients, contractors and building officials for the City of Ottawa. The images above are just a few select pages from it, with the full document being provided below via Google Drive.
